Custom-designed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all other products. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
