Will I receive a preview before production?
Yes, definitely. You will receive a digital proof via email. We will only start production after your written approval.
Can we design the invitations in multiple languages?
Of course. Many of our customers request bilingual invitations – we are happy to arrange that for you.
What layouts and designs are available?
We offer a curated selection of classic and modern layouts. Each design can be individually customized for your wedding – from color schemes and fonts to personalized motifs. You can view all samples in our showroom at your leisure, or feel free to order a free sample card.
Are there quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered quantity discounts. You can see the exact terms and conditions directly in your shopping cart or upon request.
What happens in case of printing errors or damage?
Should any printing errors occur or invitations be damaged during transport, we will of course replace them free of charge.
Can I order additional items such as menus or place cards?
Yes, we keep your print data so that you can reorder suitable additions at any time – even after the wedding for thank-you cards.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, and advance payment. For custom orders, we also offer installment payments. 50% can be paid upon order confirmation, and the remaining amount before shipping.
Do you offer a sample service?
Yes, you can order individual samples to check the paper quality, printing technique, and feel beforehand. We ship the sample cards free of charge within Germany and worldwide for €3.70.
